The App and its content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the developer. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission.
"Progressio" does not collect any user data.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.
The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Payments are not managed directly by Progressio but through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you would like a refund for the app PRO version, it should be managed directly through the refund processes provided by Apple or Google.

If you downloaded or accessed Progressio through the Apple App Store, you have to agree to Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA). If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, your use is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
